Return Authorization must be requeted by email within 72 hours of confirmed delivery by shipping service used.  Product must be returned within 10 days of Return Authorization approval.  Refunds will be made for product pruchase amounts only less shipping and handling fees.  New products are subject to Manufacturers Warranty.  Defective products will be replaced and shipped at not cost to buyer.  There is a Re-stocking fee of 15% on all opend new products returned for a refund.  Send Return Authorization requests to: returns@myowngiftoptions.com
